A little about my philosophy

I get excited about the human mind and our ability to adapt and change, grow and evolve. There is no situation that we could not, in our desire, influence in any way constructively and with dignity. We always have the opportunity to find something new in ourselves in the ever-changing world. The plasticity of the brain is a gift given to us by nature; we have to ask ourselves how we activate and use this gift.

I believe in developing the skill of resting in uncertainty. I have strongly experienced, both personally and in my client work, how fear is the door to something new and an invitation to explore our still hidden gifts and talents. Fear is a precious gift that is the door to a courageous orientation throughout our being.

Inspired by authenticity – people who dare to challenge themselves to grow and develop. I’m moved by the humility that comes from an inner experience of dignity and a desire to build dignity in others. True gentleness and radical honesty stem precisely from the experience of dignity and compassion.

I´m impressed by the silence in encounters. At its best, it takes a deep look at another, giving new positions to human internal paradigms. Change occurs in the energy of encounters created together. I am curious and deeply grateful for all the people I meet because every encounter is an opportunity to see and experience something new – both within ourselves and in the other person.

In the heart of open listening is the experience that I can change with this encounter. Being present and becoming visible also invites others to be seen. Creativity arises from a connection where people can bring their own unfinished ideas and thoughts to each other.

I get repeated feedback from my coaching clients about my ability to create transformative energy with my presence. I exist by listening deeply and by seeing people I invite them to be visible. I am able to be calm in difficult and painful situations, creating security for those present while challenging them to grow and take responsibility.

I work in Finland and Germany. All my clients come with references.

I enjoy reading, visual arts and listening to classical music. Poetry and writing and reciting monologues are close to my heart. In addition to this, I do Torah research and do word analysis in Hebrew. For the past thirteen years, I have become more and more enthusiastic about quantum physics and the opportunities it brings to understanding the human mind and interaction, as well as emotions.
